Learning the bodies language.
Hey beautiful being,
very excited to share with you today a bit about how you can connect, learn and understand your body’s language.
What do you I mean with the body’s language and why should you learn it?
Our body is sending us messages every moment, every day, every year, our whole life. Because we are living in this three-dimensional world, in this three-dimensional experience in a body. This is also how things manifest and express themselves - on the physical level.
So keeping that in mind our bodies are somatic vessels that can guide us, lead us and support us to flow through this life. Most of our time tho we ignore, reject, gaslight, deny, overgo and even make fun of our own bodies’ sensations and symptoms.
When actually the body wants to be seen, be heard, be listened to, be supported and held - just as you wish from your loved ones or yourself.
The body is longing for that.
The body is longing to be taken seriously.
The body is longing for you to LISTEN.
The body is longing for you to finally REMEMBER the language
that you already speak and understand but forgot because no one taught you, no one taught us.
I am here today to remind you, to teach you and to free you from holding back, victimizing yourself and from closing off.
May this create the first step for you to reconnect to your body and what it has to share with you. May you listen with a lot of gentle compassion, trust and love knowing that once you listen and give space there might be a lot that your body wants you to know while at the same time
ONCE YOU START LISTENING, YOUR BODY IS GONNA SPEAK MORE GENTLE
aka pain might get less as it doesn’t need to scream at you anymore.
Understanding your body
To start speaking your body’s language you simply need to look at the pain, the suffering, the itching, the rush, the heat, the cold…ANY physical sensation that you have been, did or are experiencing right now. And analyze it, listen to it., feel into it, sit with it, open space for it.
Without judgment,
without projection,
without the mind painting the bigger picture already.
Once you did that and observed what is there, you can feel into the quality of it and find what those sensations might stand for. In most cases, it is easier than it seems. Sometimes it is so simple and obvious that we do not believe it and won’t get it right away. Sometimes if you don’t know that much about a part of your body it helps to research and learn more about what it is important for and about it’s function in the body.
As an example: The skin
The skin functions as the biggest organ, as a filter and is the border between the body and the “outside “ world. Therefore skin dis-ease like eczema or similar can oftentimes physically be connected to the liver which is there to filter toxins etc. out of our body. It could be a sign that the liver is overwhelmed or not functioning well.
On another level more connected to the mind/mental health and our actions, the skin as the border to the outside world is asking us to maybe set more boundaries or let others closer or to protect ourselves. Maybe there is an unhealthy connection, something is too close or in another one, we are too closed off and not letting anyone (not even life) flow with us/through us?
Connected to the liver and the skin as a filter there could also be the message of letting go. Maybe there is a difficulty with that one, meaning we might be too attached or identified with something? Maybe even ourselves or parts of ourselves.
On the energetic level, very often sensitive beings experience skin issues or dis-ease like psoriasis, eczema or dermatitis and similar. In this case, the body might need some support to keep the energy closed, be energetically protected or be cleansed.
>>Hot baths and sauna can be very supportive in this case. <<
There are hundreds of issues, symptoms and diseases that can mean different things, but trust me once you start to become more aware and stop to fight these sensations and rather invite them and listen to them this is where the magic happens and all of a sudden you trust your body and have a conversation with it. From that place once you understood the message, it is time to take aligned action and ask what your body needs, wants, wants to protect you from. I invite you to not ask “why” so much because most of the time you won’t really understand that yet and you don’t need to. You can simply trust your body and follow along. You will feel change instantly. <3
